The containers and other areas in the town are now planted up
for summer and our town looks magnificent with all the colourful displays.
More crocuses were planted on the grassed area on Ainsty Road in the Autumn
as well as snowdrops and crocuses on the Millennium Field Walkway.
It is worthwhile downloading a copy of our Floral Walk leaflet or obtain a hard copy
from the Wetherby Tourist Information Office in the Library on Westgate.
The Walk starts you off outside the Town Hall and takes about one hour and it also takes you
to some interesting places in town which you would not necessarily normally visit.

 Cluster of Nuts Garden

In March 2019 Wetherby in Bloom Volunteers started work on on our new garden at The Cluster of Nuts Car Park.  We had top soil delivered and made two beds, either side of the anchor, in which we planted shrubs and perennials,to give colour and structure all year round.
At the end of the month contractors laid the turf for us.

At our 30th Anniversary Celebration on 29th June 2019 the garden was officially
opened by our Town Mayor. A plaque was placed to commemorate
30 years of Wetherby in Bloom making a big difference to the town.
